Who is Ernest Davies?

The BPA wouldn’t be here today without Ernest Davies. As he’s one of the founding members of the BPA.  So, it’s fitting that each year we present this award, in his memory. He started out in his early career as a journalist, and went on to become the MP for Enfield at the end of second world war. Eventually he become a junior minister.
