Moving traffic enforcement has now gone live in a couple of locations outside of London, with Derby council reporting an unexpected number of warning notices issued in the first few weeks.
We expect to see all 12 authorities who were approved for an MTE designation order in tranche 1, to go live over the next few months. Members should note that the application deadline for tranche 2 has been extended to 13th January 2023 and that there is currently no confirmed timetable for tranche 3.
