Double top for CitiPark Leeds as Park Mark Plus and Park Access awarded

Awards underscore CitiPark's unwavering commitment to providing safe, accessible, and inclusive parking solutions to all patrons.

Leading parking operator CitiPark is delighted to announce that its Leeds Dock Multi-Storey Car Park has been honoured with two prestigious accolades: Park Mark Plus and Park Access. These esteemed recognitions underscore CitiPark's unwavering commitment to providing safe, accessible, and inclusive parking solutions to all patrons.

Park Mark Plus and Park Access are testament to CitiPark's dedication to delivering exceptional standards in parking facilities and specifically acknowledge the car park's provisions for disabled visitors, ensuring that accessible spaces are thoughtfully designed and conveniently located to cater to their needs.

This recognition is a testament to CitiPark's commitment to inclusivity and creating an environment that is welcoming to all. The Park Mark Plus award, on the other hand, showcases the multi-storey car park's commitment to maintaining a secure and safe environment for both vehicles and pedestrians.

This distinction is granted following a rigorous assessment by independent assessors from the Police and the British Parking Association, signifying that the car park meets stringent security standards. Visitors can enjoy the peace of mind that their vehicles and belongings are well-protected in a well-lit and closely monitored environment.

John Gautrey, Chief Operating Officer at CitiPark said: "We are immensely proud to announce that our Leeds Dock branch has earned both the Park Mark Plus and Park Access Awards. This achievement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing a safe and accessible parking experience for all our valued customers and is a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to ensure that Leeds Dock remains a secure and inclusive car park. We believe that everyone should have equal access to our facilities, and these awards signify our ongoing commitment to that belief”.

Ryan Davey, Area Manager for the British Parking Association, added, “Citipark Leeds Dock is a very impressive multi-storey car park that incorporates all of the criteria for Park Mark Plus including design, environment, management and customer experience. The staff deserve recognition for the hard work they put into ensuring the car park’s high standards are continuously met. They create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and are on hand to help if required. “

CitiPark's Leeds Dock Multi-Storey Car Park boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including modern technology to streamline the parking process and a dedicated team of professionals to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every visitor. These awards further validate CitiPark's mission to be a leader in the parking industry, continuously setting higher standards for quality, accessibility, and security.
